Coming to West Allis, Summer 2027

Mandel Group is excited to introduce SoNa Lofts Phase II, a 117-apartment community expanding on the success of SoNa Lofts in West Allis. Located on the same site as Phase I, the new community will bring two four-story buildings and an elevated collection of amenities designed around the way residents live, connect and recharge.

At the heart of the community will be SoNa Club a signature amenity destination shared by residents of both SoNa Lofts Phase I and II. Residents of Phase II will also enjoy access to the Phase I pool, while Phase I residents will have access to the new SoNa Club lounge and wellness spaces - creating an expanded amenity experience for the entire SoNa community.
